Lumbago aigu traité avec laser Nd:YAG

Ses causes sont multiples : posture, anomalie de la colonne, travail, stress, traumatismes, conditions météorologiques et plus encore, y compris des causes psychosomatiques. De nombreuses thérapies sont proposées, mais chaque thérapie peut avoir des effets secondaires. Au fil des années, les cliniciens ont traité cette affection à l’aide de différents types de laser et ont trouvé différents résultats, généralement positifs. Le but de cette étude était de déterminer si le traitement d’un lumbago aigu par une thérapie laser non chirurgicale entraînerait une résolution immédiate de la douleur et de la contracture musculaire. Étude : Cette étude a inclus 50 patients d’âge moyen des deux sexes. Les participants souffraient d’un lumbago aigu, survenu dans les 1 à 7 jours précédant le traitement. 28 patients ont été exposés au traitement au laser, tandis que 22 ont participé comme groupe de contrôle. Les patients ont arrêté d’autres médicaments et thérapies physiques, mais ils ont continué leurs activités quotidiennes. Un laser Nd:YAG (Aerolase® Neo®) a été utilisé (1064 nm, largeur d’impulsion de 650 microsecondes, taille de spot de 6 mm et de 2 mm, énergie de 35 J/cm2 avec 6 mm et 105 J/cm2 avec 2 mm, 3 passages par taille de spot) quotidiennement pendant un maximum de 12 séances. Résultats : La contracture musculaire a disparu dans les trois premières séances et la douleur dans les 6 séances. Le traitement a été poursuivi jusqu’à la résolution totale du lumbago pour éviter les rechutes. Deux patients ont eu une rechute, causée par une activité physique excessive immédiatement après l’élimination du symptôme, de la douleur et de la limitation fonctionnelle. Le deuxième traitement qu’ils ont reçu a été un succès. Conclusion : Le laser Nd:YAG s’est avéré efficace pour le traitement du lumbago aigu. Auparavant, nous avons traité avec succès un lumbago aigu avec des lasers à diode dont la longueur d’onde était de 904 nm et 810 nm. Les avantages de l’utilisation du laser Nd:YAG par rapport aux lasers à diode sont les suivants : des sessions de traitement plus courtes (en secondes plutôt qu’en minutes), un nombre de traitements moins élevé et une récupération plus rapide. Sur la base de ces avantages, la thérapie laser utilisant le laser Nd:YAG pourrait être proposée comme la thérapie de référence pour le syndrome de lombalgie aiguë.

Senior Accountant:

• Provide support to the Controller and the management team

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting a MUST, good understanding of GAAP

• 3+ years’ experience working as a staff/senior accountant
