For the last 22 years has been a professional journey with a singular focus: Improving her clients’/patients’ skin and wellness. As a practicing esthetician and small business owner she developed and administered tailored esthetics treatments based on a deep understanding of the chemistry and biological underpinnings of healthy skin. A lifelong learner, it was a natural evolution to harness her passion as an educator at San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology (SFIEC) where she developed advanced esthetics curriculum and trained hundreds of new estheticians in esthetic techniques while also imparting sales strategies designed to generate outstanding product sales. Upon her assumption of the role Lead Esthetician and Brand Ambassador for SenSpa, she honed her staff recruitment, training, and motivation skills to build up a formidable team laser focused on patient wellness which drastically increased service sales gross margins. After obtaining her Functional Medicine Health Coach certification she joined the amazing team at Skin Med Spa with the ability to address the full spectrum of her patients’ individual needs. Going into her 25^th year as a licensed esthetician Stephanie is thriving in her new role as the Director of Education and Clinic at Face Reality skin care.

Her commitment to education and excellence is evident through her role as an aesthetic medicine instructor, where she has mentored hundreds of students, imparting critical knowledge and skills. As the Director of Clinical, Catie is honored to lead a department that champions the highest standards, confident that their lasers are unparalleled in quality and innovation.
