Effectiveness of Combination Laser Treatment on Anti-Aging in Skin of Color

Board-certified dermatologist, Chesahna Kindred, MD, FAAD, recently spearheaded a groundbreaking clinical study on an innovative approach in dermatology - leveraging combined laser technologies for anti-aging treatments and enhancing skin tone. This study highlighted the effectiveness and safety of two distinct lasers: the Neo Elite® 1064 Nd:YAG and the Era Elite® 2940 Erbium YAG, both selected for their proven efficiency and ability to reduce risks.

Throughout the presentation, Dr. Kindred delved into a comprehensive analysis of the clinical study, addressing the uncharted potential of ablative lasers in anti-aging treatments for melanin-rich skin, despite the growing need for an effective solution. Dr. Kindred also shared her firsthand experience utilizing these combined lasers to address anti-aging concerns and manage hyperpigmentation alongside the findings from the studies.
